About the Team

Nubank is always expanding its operations and seeking new opportunities. We are building two new areas within Nubank's Finance Business Unit, where Structured Finance will be focusing on raising funds for Nubank's different entities and on structuring various types of debt instruments, alongside the Wholesale Credit team which will analyze corporate finance opportunities for decision-making. In this role you will be working with both Structured Finance and Wholesale Credit teams in all of the process since the origination of the deal, the credit analysis and structuring of the instrument and, ultimately, its execution. It is a unique experience to participate in the beginning of such important areas inside every bank.

Daily Routine

Help the debt structuring process (DCM - Debt Capital Markets) for proprietary investments;
Support Credit Analysis for investment decisions;
Support the fundraising initiatives for Nubank's entities;
Participate and prepare presentations for meetings with external partners, including institutional investors and banks in Brazil, Mexico and Colombia;
Help to make data-driven decisions, analyzing business and financial results;
Support the development of financial models and forecast strategies to ensure long-term profitability;
Interact with other teams within Nubank to support business decisions;
