The Mergers & Acquisitions team is responsible for the analysis, valuation, structuring, and successful acquisition of online brands that will support Merama’s accelerated growth. We work directly with potential targets, while also collaborating with different areas within Merama to review potential investment opportunities.

Merama is currently looking for a high-performer M&A Analyst to integrate its team in order to support in all aspects of the M&A process. This position is a highly visible role within Merama that offers material responsibility and broad exposure to senior management.


Main Responsibilities:
Assist in the analysis and evaluation of different investment opportunities
Prepare financial models and valuation analyses
Conduct industry and company research and analyses
Prepare presentations of the opportunities for the investment committee, which will be used to evaluate targets and make investment decisions
Provide support on the deal structuring for acquisitions
Participate in the entire due diligence process for the targets
