The Intern will be working as a member of the Nomura Brazil / Latin America Investment Banking Division team, that mainly focuses cross-border M&A transactions, as well as off-shore Debt / Equity and Risk Management Solutions. The Intern will be responsible for activities that include, but are not limited to: -Performing comprehensive financial analysis (e.g. discounted cash flow, sum-of-parts, trading comparable and precedent transactions) -Creating detailed presentations (e.g. confidential information memorandums, pitch books and other transaction marketing materials) -Supporting projects due diligence execution.
