GP Investments is seeking a Corporate Finance Intern for its São Paulo office. The intern will work with several team members in a collaborative and dynamic environment, gaining exposure to multiple corporate functions (Treasury, FP&A, Investors Relations, Accounting, etc) and learning different research techniques and data analysis tools, which are expected to be applied opportunities in a variety of markets and asset classes.
Descrição:
The intern’s main responsibilities will include:
-Taking part in monthly P&L and cash flow analysis activities and assisting in the forecasting process.
-Supporting the analysis of proprietary investments, helping conduct industry and company research, as well as prepare reports.
-Assisting with daily cash management, trade executions, settlements and reconciliation of accounts.
-Manage documentation for international banking relationships, including new account openings and ongoing compliance forms, while supporting regulatory and KYC obligations for onshore and offshore funds.
-Participating in the optimization of financial processes and systems.
