Role Description:
▪ Provide support to the senior team in the origination and execution of M&A, debt restructuring, and project finance
assignments;
▪ Preparation and presentation of industry analyses, information memoranda, financing proposals, financial
modeling, due diligence, amongst others;
▪ The selected candidate will actively participate in all stages of the ongoing projects, with high responsibility and
exposure from the beginning of the internship.

Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Knowledge:
▪ Current enrollment at an undergraduate institution with expected graduation in Jun/2025, Dec/2025, or Jun/2026;
▪ Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills;
▪ Fluency in English;
▪ Strong interest in financial markets;
▪ Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
▪ Corporate finance, accounting, valuation, and financial modeling skills are considered assets.
