Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Financial modeling.
2. Conduct research and analysis of companies, markets and sectors across different geographies.
3. Collecting and handling data and information for the construction of analysis and presentations.
4. Supporting the senior team in preparing and revising documents (contracts, terms, memos, etc).
5. Guiding and reviewing the interns’ and trainees’ work, while contributing to their development.
6. Support in the interaction with clients, helping to manage deal processes, and related operational activities, among others.
Descrição:
1. BA/BS required; post-graduate degree or specialization is a plus.
2. Prior experience in Investment Banking/M&A or Private Equity is ideal but not mandatory.
3. Solid knowledge of corporate finance and accounting.
4. Strong quantitative background and analytical skills coupled with attention to detail.
5. Excellent verbal/written communication skills with ability to multi-task
6. Motivation to work as a team player and contribute to a positive team culture.
7. Fluent Portuguese and English are required. Fluent Spanish is desirable.
8. Advanced MS Excel skills.
9. Availability to work in São Paulo/SP.
