Investor Relations Intern
GP Investments
Develop internal presentations and materials for directors and partners
Assist in the preparation of reports for private equity funds’ investors and public reports for GP, G2D & Spice shareholders
Be responsible for GP’s institutional presentation and handle investors’ requests
Monitor the private equity market, such as competitors, investors, trends, among others
Lead regulatory obligations with CVM, SIX Swiss Exchange, Luxembourg and Bermuda Stock Exchange
Lead the regulatory and KYC obligations related to the Funds (onshore and offshore)
Descrição:
Fluent English (mandatory)
Advanced MS Office package
Basic knowledge of Accounting and Corporate Finance
Self-driven with positive, proactive attitude and a team player
Strong prioritization skills for time sensitive and public deliverables
Oral and written communication skills
