With fully operational regional offices and local teams in Paris, São Paulo, and Medellín, Euro Latina Finance provides tailor-made M&A and strategic advice to a portfolio of blue-chip clients. The firm typically advises minority and majority deals ranging from US$100m to US$1bn+ in transaction value across a wide array of sectors. Since its inception, Euro Latina Finance has advised 20 successful deals on a total of c. 55 M&A projects, including some of the most complex, transformational, and landmark cross-border transactions into/from Latin America.

To support our São Paulo office, we are currently offering a 6-month internship position starting in January 2022. The intern will work as part of an integrated team, with frequent interactions with our three offices and high exposure to ongoing cross-border transactions related to Latin America.
On a case-by-case basis, the position could be renewed or lead to a full time offer in our office in São Paulo with possible career evolution in Europe.
The candidate will be native or fluent in Portuguese and English. A good command of Spanish and/or French is a plus.
The candidate will be a highly entrepreneurial-driven and quick-learning individual, keen on working as part of a very cohesive team.
The candidate will possess a solid background in finance, strong communication skills, exceptional sense of rigor and attention to details and be capable of working efficiently under time pressure. The candidate is also expected to maintain strict confidentiality on the transactions he/she will be participating in.
